No going hungry. Eat until you're full, just keep an eye on the points.

Snap it, scan it, or just type it.

A photo is the quickest way for a plate. For everything else there's the barcode and the search.

In the shop? Scan before you buy.

Point the camera at a barcode and see the points right at the shelf. You know if it's worth it before it goes in the basket.

No photo? Just type it.

Search any food or dish by name, in your language. Handy for something you ate earlier or plan to eat later.

Made for real days, not perfect ones.

Breakfast at home, lunch with friends, dinner you cook together. Point your phone at it, see the points, get on with your day.

Counting calories
is boring
This isn't

No grams, no calorie maths, just points. Every food gets points for the carbs in it. Meat, fish, eggs, cheese and green vegetables are almost free. Bread, potatoes, rice, sugar and sweet drinks cost the most. You get a daily limit. Stay under it, and you're doing it right.

I count, you enjoy

Honestly?

It feels like cheating.

You eat proper meals. You don't starve, you don't torture yourself, and you don't have to live at the gym if you don't have the time. And the weight still goes down, or stays right where you want it.

Why low-carb works.

Low-carb eating is one of the most studied ways to manage weight. The idea is simple: cut down on sugar and starch, and eat more protein, fat and vegetables instead.

You stay full for longer.

Protein and fat take longer to digest than bread or sweets. Many people find they snack less and eat less overall without trying to.

Fewer sugar crashes.

Meals with fewer carbs keep blood sugar steadier. That means fewer sudden cravings an hour after lunch.

Not a diet. Eat freely.

Nothing is forbidden. You don't give up foods, you budget for them. Pizza on Friday? Plan a lighter breakfast and enjoy it.

Lose, keep, or gain.

Your goal sets your daily limit. A lower limit to lose weight, a middle one to keep it steady, and a higher one if you want to put weight on, for example while you build muscle. Change it any time.

  • No gym required. Workouts help, but for weight, what you eat matters most.
  • See it early. Many people notice the first changes within the first weeks. Results vary from person to person.
  • Training hard? Running a marathon or training most days? Choose a higher limit and get the carbs your body needs.

Questions.

Is this a diet?

No. It's a way to keep count. YUMYUMMYTR follows the low-carb idea: carbs cost points, the rest is close to free. Nothing is forbidden, and you don't have to go hungry. You choose your limit and what you eat.

Do I have to work out?

No. Exercise is good for you, but you can lose weight with the app without workouts. If you train a lot, choose a higher limit.

I'm vegetarian. Will it work for me?

Yes. Points work for any food. In Plan my day, tick off meat, fish, eggs or dairy, and the menus only use what you eat.

Can I use it to gain weight?

Yes. Choose a higher daily limit and the app helps you eat enough, with protein-rich meals and fewer empty sweets.

How accurate is the photo?

Good for everyday meals, but it's an estimate. When the AI isn't sure about a part, it says so, and you can remove or add parts in a tap.

Do you keep my photos?

No. A photo is sent to our server to be recognised and is not stored. Your meal history stays on your phone. See the Privacy Policy.

Is it free?

You can try photo scans, barcodes and search for free. Pro gives you photo scans every day and Plan my day. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account.

YUMYUMMYTR helps you track food. It is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or under 18, talk to your doctor before changing how you eat.
